Meet Tina, a YouTuber, and Wellness and Spiritual Teacher. In this interview, we learn how Tina almost died after being hospitalized for almost a month and proceeded on a long haul recovery from Covid-19. She relied on her spiritual training, doing mediation and breath work in the hospital and then using hypnotherapy to help her recover. She was super fit, a 5-day-a-week Crossfitter, filled with vitality, and strength and then when she got covid, she could barely breathe for months, much less walk after she was discharged from the hospital. She documented her covid long-haul journey on YouTube, not knowing if she would make it out alive. And now she has great conversations about wellness, spirituality, and healing on her YouTube channel, Meet Tina. She is doing CrossFit again, and doing her healing work with people again.
