Flight Test for 110 degree standard width 'Rangi'.

Thought I'd take advantage of the stillness of almost no wind to flight test the prototype boomerangs I've been making. This is a standard 110 degree bend design that was found commonly in ancient times with this configuration for returning boomerangs. The Egyptians would sometimes put gold plate on the wings of their returning boomerangs and some like this were found in Tutankhamun's Tomb. Still, amazing how the design is consistent with examples of boomerangs from all over the world, showing that they probably originated from Australia originally, but, the knowledge of the construction and their use as a returning aerodynamic flying stick thing must have spread via Asia by early traders and explorers now lost to the mists of prehistory. The same one hundred and ten degree bend Indian version of returning boomerang dates back to ancient Vedic times, so once being there spread across to Europe and Egypt ? This still doesn't account for how the Amerindians had a similar 110 degree boomerang.

Music from Aetheric II by composer Francis Maxino.
