Feeling overwhelmed seems to be something many have to deal with on a daily basis right now. Our society is set up in a way, that makes us feel like we have to function and/or perform constantly one way or another.

There are so many tasks, requirements and even distractions many feel they have to live up to or take part in to not miss out, that there seems to be no time left to get it all done.

Looking on their to do lists and what they want to accomplish they start to get overwhelmed and even discouraged.

This in turn in many cases leads to even more distractions, procrastination and even more overwhelm. A vicious cycle that never seems to end.

So why not step out of this endless cycle of feeling overwhelmed and having way too much on your plate?

In addition to listening to this recording, let's look at our to do list for the day and move all the things that are not of utmost importance to our get around to list.

Only keeping what truly needs to be done today on your list. Focusing on these tasks according to their importance and urgency. Finishing them one by one, taking one step at a time. Doing the best we can with what we have.

If there is time left for some things on your get around to list - great, we can cross some of these off too, if we feel like it. If there are still some tasks left, we move them to the list for the next day.

At the same time staying in the present moment as much as we can.

Listen to it as often as you feel called to it. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
