Noel is a private chef working in the industry for approx 18 years and have experienced kitchens from cafes to pubs to high end fine dining. Currently working as a consultant chef being an advocate of the Field to Fork movement. By promoting a healthy awareness of where our food comes from and how its handled. Our role in creating a better culinary future for ourselves is for us all to get involved with and take back control from the large corporations and minimize the environmental impact we have. Basically, get cooking from scratch, eat seasonally, eat together as a family, make time for a truly humanistic ritual. The kitchen is the new temple to connect with ourselves and each other.
