Official in charge of one of Wuhan's new Fangcang "hospitals" telling crowd it's not a hospital. Admits there's no medical equipment and they won't take in people with severe symptoms. Says once you go inside you can't get out and you are on your own. Evidence suggesting China may be sacrificing Wuhan and Hubei Province in order to save the country from Coronavirus.
