Major Depressive Disorder, going downhill, it is easier than you think to start with simple habits like a walk, a cliff bar, fruit, juice, rather than more and more medications, surgeries, and chemical "therapy," you have options. NOT to drop the medications now, but to work up to where you feel so good you realize you don't need them in due time.

Walnut shell scrubbers, citrus peeler, and some Thayer's Rose Deodorant spray are things I"m using right now and share with you!
