Trabbi und mi! episode 5, making a drill and tapping guide and installing thread inserts

Howdy YouTubers!
today we have to work on Trabbi to keep it running. Two studs had bad threads and had to be re-seated in the cylinder heads. one had even lost its nut and had a bad leak.

so today we're making a drill and tapping guide as to prevent the stud, or the drilled hole rather from going in a little off angle and creating fit-up problems.
this kind of drill guide could quite readily be used on other engines that have aluminium blocks etc. i have to say this worked much better than expected.
