Dr Grouchy Still Confused About COVID, 3892

Why? Because the Chinese wanted to weaken the American economy to the maximum extent, and nothing could have accomplished that goal better than the lockdowns of practically the entire U.S. economy.

However, on Monday, Dr. Grouchy claimed that he never recommended locking anything down in an interview with the Hill. No, Dr. Grouchy claims that the lockdown recommendations all came from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

[insert Cerule spot]

According to today’s Epoch Times, Dr. Grouchy told The Hill:

“Go back and look at my statements… We need to do everything we can to keep the schools open and safe.”

“… in October 2020, [Dr. Grouchy] had publicly recommended that former President Donald Trump “shut the whole country down.”

Dr. Grouchy told students at Holy Cross:

“When it became clear that we had community spread in the country … I recommended to the president that we shut the country down.”

[If the United States didn’t] “… shut down completely the way China did,” [then the spread of COVID-19 wouldn’t be stopped.]

Experts have subsequently labeled the CCP’s “zero COVID” strategy as tantamount to economic suicide.”

In August of 2020, Dr. Grouchy said that either public schools or all bars and restaurants should remained closed in order to stop the spread.

“You have a choice—either close the bars or close the schools. Because, if you have people congregating in bars, it’s likely you’re going to stay red….”

During the Hill interview in 2020, he insisted that in order to survive, the country had to impose “much more stringent restrictions” on [asymptomatic people.]

“We know now, two and a half years later, that anywhere from 50 to 60 percent of the transmission occurs from someone without symptoms, either someone who never will get symptoms or someone who is in the pre-symptomatic stage.”

This type of contagion is called “asymptomatic spread”. Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, writing in the Brownstone Institute explained that:

“…. no respiratory virus in history” [has been known to spread asymptomatically].

“Had we known that then, the insidious nature of spread in the community would have been much more of an alarm and there would have been much, much more stringent restrictions in the sense of very, very heavy, encouraging people to wear masks [and] physical distancing ….”

All of this in order to justify Dr. Grouchy again encouraging America to call for mask-wearing in schools and workplaces in celebration of the coming elections in November.

I’m still reporting from just outside the citadel of world freedom. Good day.
