In this video, I walk you through how I make YouTube thumbnails in 5 minutes using Canva. This Canva tutorial is meant to help you learn how you can do this on your own and save yourself not only time but also money (so you don't have to keep paying someone to do it). First, I show you a ONE TAKE walkthrough of how I can build a thumbnail in 5 minutes, and then, I go through a full walkthrough of the steps that I used to build that thumbnail and how you can make it look exactly like I did.

Canva is a great tool that you can use for your thumbnails, or any other photo and small video editing because it allows you to do everything in one application without jumping back and forth between multiple apps, saving, uploading, downloading, etc. With Canva, you also get to save your work directly in their cloud storage so you don't have to worry about what would happen if you were to lose the saved files you have on your computer.

My goal with this tutorial is to help you save a ton of time with your custom thumbnail builds and allow you to create great thumbnails that people will actually click on and be interested in watching your video.
