TikTok PERMANENTLY BANNED ME Or TikTok GLITCH?

I can't tell if this is a TikTok glitch or if I've been permanently banned by TikTok even though I got my account restored, ALL video appeals accepted and overturned but most importantly, this is just baffling. If anyone has any answers or has gone through this before, Id love to hear from you in the comments!
