Fusion Centers: Preventing Terrorists or Creating Terrorists?

Fusion Centers ... most people don't know what they are. Supposedly they are supposed to weed out potential terrorist attacks by receiving information from local and regional law-enforcement agencies. Since 2003, have any terrorist attacks or mass shootings been prevented by fusion centers? NO! But they do know how to send out their "infra guard" or paid bullies to harass individuals to the point of insanity. Our government has studied violence for so long that they know exactly how to incite it!
