The very high V/m readings exceed the "official" OFCOM level of 120 V/m. The OFCOM limit itself is ten times higher than allowed in China and 6,000 times higher than the International Guidelines on Non-Ionising Radiation affecting children, elderly, pregnant women or ill people! I've asked that they send a copy of the video to the girlfriend's local Leeds City Councillor confirming these facts and demanding that the street lamps be removed urgently. Also to call Leeds City Council (0113 222 4444) and ask to speak with the Chief Environmental Health Officer complaining about the sleep disruption. N.B. A night time reading will probably be even higher.
