Dallas Judge Let Attempted Shooter Go Free After Repeat Charges

It's been revealed that a Dallas Judge previously let the Love Field shooter go free after an array of charges against her. Even after considering these criminal charges and a mental health services referral, no sanctions or measures were taken.
