Systems kills Creativity....Prove me wrong...

Ok ok ok. Yes. Systems are important and needed. But much of what I here is that the systems we put in our business is all we need to make it great.

But we ignore the environment and culture of the company. Learning the Play Well through something like LEGO will give you the edge to create the environment for healthy creativity.
