Who is law enforcement serving & protecting here in Humboldt county?

EDIT: Does NOT include good cops.
Because it sure isn't law abiding people, tourists, business owners, or our kids? Crime is out of control, we MUST get over ourselves & figure something out or we will persih at the hand of these imposters.
