Colored Pencils on Dark Cardstock

Creating layers of colors on dark cardstock makes for dramatic and beautiful cards. Today I am showing an incredibly easy to achieve colored pencil technique that makes color pop on the darkest of cardstocks. I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it to achieve these vibrant and saturated colors.
