There are better ways to indulge that sweet tooth.

Eating something a little sweet every now and again won't make or break our health, but we should take managing our blood sugar very seriously. This means finding better alternatives to cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and the like.

Low/no calorie synthetic sweeteners like aspartame and saccharin are definitely NOT the answer, so we wanted to provide a few calorie and no/calorie natural options that are easy to use and versatile. On this week's episode Cady shares a few of her favorite sweeteners and why they may be a great fit for you.
