China's daily coronavirus COVID-19 update produced shock when they announced a total of 15,152 new confirmed cases and 254 additional deaths. How a change in policy counting clinically diagnosed cases as confirmed cases of COVID-19 is now capturing substantially more cases which remained uncounted before and artificially depressed the reported numbers from China.
