Meet the "Historian Who Works Outside," Archeologist Sean Norman as he tells the story of Fort King, while he stands inside his dig where he is excavating the site of a Blacksmith shop (smithy) that stood next to the fort in the 1830's. He explains the second Seminole war, and the impacts on the area. We move inside ( after and SD card issue now on the action cam) to see a historical film, you'll have to go there to see it yourself, and tour the visitor center. Adventure Dog and I hike to the Seep Spring that fed the forts inhabitants, and explore the paths at the site. This is a pretty new reconstruction that has happened in the past few years. I love history and this was a really great spot.
