Ridgeside K9 turn-overs, 99.9% of the time they take place at the client's home. This is by design, for the benefit of the client and to set the dog up for success. Think about it, where do 99% of the dog's problems generate? Household issues, house door issues, kids, other family members, other household pets, the neighbor's dogs, the kids on skateboards, territorial issues, etc, etc, etc - they all stim from the home. The Ridgeside difference - the value of in-home turnovers. Think about it, if your turnover takes place in a public place, a shopping center etc - do you think your dog was exposed and conditioned to that space prior? Most likely yes! Furthermore, what ownership does your dog have of that space vs the ownership they have in your home? Thus, why in-home turnovers are far more complex then meeting at a park or shopping center. Lots of different ways, this is ours.

This Malinois has a very serious history with multiple prior bites and real self capping issues. She would redirect and bite the owner. Now, she is a proper Malinois! It's NEVER about what a trainer can do with a dog, it's about what a client can do with the dog!
