Test Capacitors In Circuit With ESR Meter Peak Atlas ESR70 plus in circuit cap

This tool has been out for a few years. I'm hoping this will save me allot of time test capacitors. One of the most annoying capacitors is that you need to remove them to test. The idea is to check if the capacitor has a night internal resistance. If the cap test high then you remove it to do a full check.
