Will The US Finally End the War in Afghanistan?

We're getting more news about the US and the Taliban's much anticipated peace deal. While we still have no details about the plan itself, it has reportedly been finalized and is awaiting implementation. President Trump is greatly incentivized to try and implement this deal in time for the November election, as ending an unpopular 19 year war would be a win for any president.
