CaddX Tarsier 4K ND Filter with GepRC Cinepro 4K

I try out the ND Filter for the CaddX Tarsier 4K FPV Camera. I rip my GepRC Cinepro 4K in the snow filled forest and around a frozen island. The filter is suppose to reduce the jello effect. I havn't flown outdoors in a couple months so I'm going to need all the help I can get to smooth out my flight footage. Footage filmed in 1080 60F
