Recipe: 12 Cups Elderberries
6 Cups Water
70 Cloves
3 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Honey
- Put elderberries, cloves & water into instant pot.
- Set on high pressure for 10 minutes, once finished quick release.
- Strain berries & press out juice.
- Put juice in pot on medium heat.
- Add sugar & honey, stir occasionally.
- Let cool.
- Bottle up & ENJOY!
