I also would imagine that a big reason why there are less recruits right now is be- is the same reason why you see some upward wage pressure, the same reason why you see people quitting their jobs, and the same reason why you know we have what? Just over three percent unemployment numbers are very good across the board relative to where they've been in the past. And that's no doubt. I mean I distinctly remember in the wake of 2008, 2009, 2010. I remember I remember, you know, taking a break from our old office and walking to get a pizza and hearing two guys talk about his kid signed up again for another um another stint because couldn't find a job...
