Powerstoke 6.0 Thermostat Replacement 3C3Z-8575-AA RT-1169 F250 F350

I noticed my 2006 F250 powerstoke 6.0 heated time was extremely long. These trucks with there large diesel engine and huge radiator takes longer then most cars to heat up. My truck would take about 30 minutes to heat up to 190. Sometimes it would not even get to 190 cruising on the freeway. I have to pass smog and I can't get my P1000 code to clear. Ford IDS mentioned it could be related to Thermostat because I not getting any other codes.
