Does Texas Gun Law Violate Federal Gun Law - Texas Peace Officers Exempt From Domestic Violence

Texas has made a law exempting Peace Officer from losing their gun right is they commit domestic violence or fall under a Restraining Order. There is NO EXEMPTION under Federal Law.
