U.S. and Swedish Marines Practice Raid and Ambush Procedures - Archipelago Endeavor

September 4, 2018 - Swedish and U.S. Marines are in Sweden training for amphibious landings and assaults. Exercise Archipelago Endeavor is a bilateral exercise with units from the United States Marine Corps’ Marine Rotational Force-Europe and Sweden’s 1st Marine Regiment. The exercise is designed to increase capabilities and interoperability between the two allies by concentrating on amphibious operations and raid techniques.
