Mark and Tim had the privilege of teaching one of the classes for the yearly Leadership program from the Leadership Otsego County run by the Gaylord Chamber of Commerce. There was so much that we covered in the one day workshop.
Learning about your core values gives a clear direction. When there is a clear direction you have the ability to make decisions confidently. It reduces the questions of "what if?"
Tim has been called the "Play Well" coach. Learning to play well starts with your core values. Knowing yourself and developing yourself is the first step in playing well with others.
