New listing appointment

Off to a listing appointment. When I got there, I️ wasn’t sure what I️ was going to see inside. The owner told me the tenant has been there for over 10 years (and he hasn’t seen the place in 8 years)…. The tenant changed their mind when we got there so I could see the inside.
