Traxxas T-Maxx 2 Speed Transmission Will Not Shift Troubleshooting Repair Clone Silicone Grease

My T-maxx 1.5 clone would not shift into second gear. I decieded to tear and it down and figure out how it works. Its actually a pretty cheap lazy design. On higher end RC cars you will have a clutch that smoothly transitions into second gear. On the Traxxas design it immediately blows into second gear with no smooth transition. This transmission had gease in it. Nylon or plastic gears do not need grease. Only grease metal gears.
