"Abandoned" Wool Processing

This building was particularly odd to me. It turns out it is abandoned and yet - the lights are on at night. All night. Odd. It's conveniently located off major highways, adjacent to a historical site and within a mile of all the "markers" one would expect. Saugus, Massachusetts.
