I wanted more precision and power for my 3018 CNC. I was looking at a 500W brushed spindle but I decided to go brushless. The amount of time these jobs run with eat up the brushes in no time. I'm the process of designing all the mounts and boxes. My goal would be to control this from GRBL and have the ability to switch over to manual spindle control. The controller board take mach3 style 10V input. I have a PWM and 10V converter.
