"Today i finally got my phone back after nearly 8 months of the Kewanee Police Dept having it after confiscating it for public photography.

I know I seem on edge in this video, to be fair I had been requested audit the police dept and I wasn’t excited to deal with them, but i should have been more articulate and explained my rights more although I don’t think one should have to explain their rights to an LEO

All I was walking around the same block for maybe 10-15 minutes until the officer pulled up, I made sure I stayed on the sidewalk the entire time I was filming, so what the officer said about me walking up and down the drive thru was a fabrication.

For court discovery after 8 months we still have yet to receive the phone call to see what was actually said, if he made up the part about it being reported that I walked up to the drive thru trying to steal peoples information, or if someone actually reported that, which at this point is doubtful because I’m sure if they had a phone call they would have entered it into discovery by now."
