At the beginning of the video she moves back rapidly from me. There was another horse behind her and she turned her butt to move her. If a horse doesn't move, she will kick them, they respond very quickly to this cue.

Tuppy used to be dangerous, she wouldn't allow us to touch her and would turn her butt on us to kick us. She would run people over if she spooked and has injured many other horses with kicking. So it took a lot of time and patience and building up a relationship of trust to be able to handle her with safety. As you can see, she is now placid.
