👨‍⚖️Judge rules Doctors👩‍⚕️ free to speak in Canada, not limited by College of Physicians and Surgeons
👩‍⚕️Doctors are free to criticize public health agency policies in Canada according to the Supreme Court. CPSO can not discipline a doctor for free speech. Not even a Constitutional challenge as its just an opinion of the college and doctors are free to say as they wish without punishment. CPS agencies can only discipline doctors for malpractice.

Rocco Galati is back with some big news. A judge ruled that the College of Physicians and Surgeons' gag order prohibiting criticizing public health officials' policies related to COVID-19 was not binding on doctors because it was not law.
