Ghost of Captain Dick Barter at Emerald Bay

South Lake Tahoe is home to beautiful Emerald Bay, but there is a dark side to this scenic locale. Captain Dick Barter was an old caretaker that many still believe looks over this beautiful bay. His ghost continues to be seen in the area. We went to South Lake Tahoe and explored the spirit's final resting place and have come to tell his tale.
