Hot Shot's Secret Shift Restore transmission fluid and filter change for 5R110 Powerstoke 6.0 F250

I've had my truck for about 7-8 years and put on about 30K miles since I bought the. I made allot of trips up to teh mountains hauling stuff. I'm surprised how nice my fluid looked. Not much clutch material on the bottom of the pain. I'm having an intermittent 3-5 flare and wanted to try this first. So far so good. Shifts seem firmer.
