HiSilicon IP Camera UART installation, Console into Linux U-Boot Zosi JTAG

I bought this cheap IP camera and want to reprogram the firmware to include a web gui. Installing a UART is like a keyboard and monitor your computer.
You will need a USB TTL adapter. Only connect the ground TX and RX pin. Only connect the 3.3V VCC if your connecting a JTAG. UART and a serial protocol and not a JTAG. A JTAG is used to communicate directly with the flash chip.
