Elizabeth Mall, also known as E-Mall, is located on the corner of Leon Kilat Street and N. Bacalso Avenue in Cebu City. It also calls itself as the "Shopping Center of the South"

The mall, which opened on December 3, 2003, primarily serves the classes A, B, C, and D markets, as well as students and young professionals.

E-Mall is composed of three floors; the first floor has a variety of fast food restaurants and the Savemore Supermarket, the second floor has various retail stalls selling clothing, accessories, and footwear, as well as a few beauty salons. The second floor is actually full packed with illegal/fake items, and the third floor has a food court, cell phone booths, arcade games, and a customer service center with M Lhuiller and other offices that offer various customer services.
