Industrial Court: Mandatory Vaccination is Illegal in Trinidad

Statement by the Honourable Mrs. Deborah Thomas-Felix, President of the Industrial Court of Trinidad and Tobago:

▶️ only a minority of states have instituted national mandatory "vaccination"—because it is legally and politically an extreme and untenable option
▶️ Trinidad: some companies have imposed mandatory "vaccination"
▶️ "Vaccination" policies in the workplace are subject to discrimination laws
▶️ Covid-19 mandatory "vaccination" CANNOT be unilaterally added by the employer as new term or condition of employment—that is settled law
▶️ any unilateral imposition is a breach of contract
