Kung Fu was a game that everyone else seemed to own, but my family. Whether visiting friends or family, Pretty much everyone I knew owned this game, and I remember playing it a number of times in my childhood at their houses. As an arcade port, and a first generation NES game, it's gameplay sits as a stepping stone kind of game. Deeper than the average atari game, but not as deep as later NES games. True pros can beat this game in around 6 minutes, but it's endless looping play is reminiscent of Atari aged games. Not growing up with the game, I am absolutely terrible at it, but it's fun, yet simple gameplay still makes it a beloved and memorable game amongst NES fans.
