Canadian Federal govt announces funding for victims of sexual assault – July 26, 2022

In a virtual news conference, federal minister David Lametti (justice) and MP Gary Anandasangaree (parliamentary secretary to the minister) announce funding for three projects to support Ontario victims of sexual assault and intimate partner violence as well as those who have experienced workplace sexual harassment. They are joined by Merrilee Fullerton (Ontario minister of children, community and social services) and Deepa Mattoo (executive director, Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic).
