What Are My Constitutional Protections - Unalienable Rights and Freedoms of Private Domain?

In this video, we review the 14th Amendment; which guarantees that all persons born or naturalized in the U.S, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States: nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without the process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.Show more

And the 9th Amendment guarantees certain unalienable rights to every man, woman, and child. Those unalienable rights include not only the freedom of life, liberty, property, speech, assembly, and due process, but any right or freedom which is not specifically granted by the Constitution to the government. If the Constitution does not assign a specific right or freedom to the government, then we all have that particular right or freedom.

We go over those freedoms, including; the right of self-determination, homeschooling, a choice of suppliers of products and or services, choice of lifestyle, food, drink, and any right or freedom that does not infringe on the right rights and freedoms of others or is a threat.

We take a good look at the 2 ways that have been or may be used to challenge the private association and how they just don't make sense.
1. An argument that states the private association is formed for the purpose of avoiding federal or state laws and regulations. LOL - yep. We have the right to contract and conduct private business activities.
2. An objection that the association rights are limited to free speech and advocacy, not activities. This is asinine as our right to free speech is already protected.
