STAGHORN SUMAC IS GOOD FOR YOU BUT "THEY" DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW, GUESS WHAT ? IT GROWS IN MY YARD

Staghorn Sumac is a plant that grows naturally in my area and is very healthy to consume, something "they" don't want you to know, this plant is NOT to be confused with Poison Sumac which has WHITE berries and grows near wetlands, that stuff is not your friend ;-)

Tea can be made with the berries by placing them, whole clumps or crushed, in cold or warm water to steep and to release the "power of the berries", NOT BOILING WATER which would kill what you're after, the "good stuff", strain it through a filter or cheese cloth and flavor it same as any other tea to accent its tangy/bitter flavor, this tea can stay fresh in the fridge for a few days, the berry clumps can be dried and/or frozen whole to keep longer and don't forget about "tea cubes", like ice cubes except with tea ;-)

There are many articles on how good this plant is for you and not hard to find at all so I thought I would share that I have it if you want it, I don't use sprays or chemicals and I didn't "create" it in a lab, just all natural Staghorn Sumac ;-)

Here's one article to get you started in your research : https://www.outdoorapothecary.com/staghorn-sumac/
