Fed Cuts Rates, Stocks Still Sink

The Fed has precious little ammunition to stop this latest stock market sell off. And today, the efficacy of Fed rate cuts were tested in the form of a 50 basis point cut which failed to spark enough enthusiasm to turn the markets green.
