Brynn found that the Relax Sauna makes her sweat much faster than a regular sauna.
She also had been having knee pain and after using the sauna there was no pain. It went from a 4-5 to 0.

Phillip - Brynn you’ve been in the sauna for about 10, 12, 15 minutes now.

Brynn - 15, probably.

Phillip - And, you’re wet.

Brynn - I’m wet, yes. I am dripping sweat right now. I mean I feel hot. I feel good. So, my biggest thing that I was looking for when I go to a sauna back home, and it’s probably like 180 to 190°, I sit in that sauna for about 15 minutes. And, I’ve worked up to that before so I just don’t jump into that. It takes me probably like 15 minutes or so to sweat. I was in here for probably, ike, four or five minutes. I mean I was profusely sweating. That doesn’t happen in a regular sauna. This is much faster. And, you know, I’ve changed the time, like I’ve gone longer and then it’s cooled down very quickly. I can’t believe how quickly it dissipated. Really.

Philip - It’s energy medicine. It’s not really heat. This is a far Infrared sauna.

Brynn - I can feel it, now, kind of cooling down. Yeah, I’ve done research on far infrared saunas and their benefits and things. And, I wanted to try one but there’s not one in my area. So, I mean this is very…

Phillip — It’s different than other saunas.

Brynn - I mean it’s like apples and oranges I haven’t gotten out yet so, really, the biggest thing for me is the heat, the amount of time it took for me to sweat. This takes at least a half an hour to 35 minutes to reach this in a regular sauna, like a 180°. And, my heads been out most of it. I mean, I ducked under a couple of times, nut my heads been out. Everyone’s telling me I’m sweating a lot.

Phillip - You can see the sweat all over you.

Brynn - I always tell my clients. “You need to sweat. You’ve got to get out all the toxins. Like, I personally know that 60% of the toxins come out of your skin. And, I am always promoting sweating. There’s only been the one sauna that I know of, back home at the gym I belong to, So, it’s definitely enticing. Definitely. I wasn’t expecting this one to be so quick. I’m excited to see like inflammation, once I stand up. Like, we’ve been sitting a lot at this conference. My left knee has been kind of inflamed. I think just like stagnant blood and whatnot. I’m excited to stand up.

Phillip - Okay, so let’s get you out. So, how’s your knee feel?

Brynn - No pain.

Phillip - Your knee doesn’t hurt at all?

Brynn - No.

Phillip - And, what was your pain level from 1 to 10 before?

Brynn - 4 1/2, 5. It wasn’t crazy. It wasn’t debilitating. But, I thought that maybe I was like getting aches. It was like inflammation, you know what I mean.

Phillip - It doesn’t hurt at all.

Brynn - No. I am pleased.

Phillip - Does your gym sauna make you feel a whole lot better, too? Or not as much?

Brynn - No. I mean I don’t walk out of there with my muscles like… I mean, I stretch while I’m in there. That’s why I want to the lie-down one, too, so I can just like. roll around, you know what I mean. I want the quality of a sleeping bag. The sleeping bag would fit me more, lying down, being able to roll over, stretch. I feel pretty good. Yeah, put your head in more. Wow.

Phillip - No pain in your knee?

Brynn - No. It feels good. (She keeps doing deep squats.) I can feel it a little bit when I come up.

Philip - You’re a happy camper.

Brynn - Happy.
