Democratic presidential candidates are slamming Trump for cutting the budget of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevent, or CDC, leaving the US unprepared to deal with the coronavirus outbreak. Trump is also slashing the World Health Organization's budget. It's also claimed Trump called the coronavirus a hoax. But are these accusations true? And is the US really prepared?
