Coming to El Nido and want to find a nice beach to surf, relax, sunbathe or play with the waves? We have the answer. After taking boat tours in Coron we decided to explore El Nido by scooter and seek out awesome beaches here.

First beach we went to was Vanilla Beach. Vanilla beach is located in about 15 minutes outside of El Nido. You can come by tyk tyk for about 150 pesos. The best thing to do is probably to rent a scooter for the day. You can park your scooter at McDonalds for free and walk streight to the beach. It is a great spot for the sunset with many great restaurants. As for swimming you have to be careful, because there are a lot of rocks and you can easily hurt yourself. If you want to sunbathe, it is a nice place. You can rent a chair from the restaurant, have lunch and a drink and relax.

The next beach we went to was the Nacpan Beach. The view was nice, the beach is pretty and had a good vibe to it. The water was amazing, lovely and hot sand. We had lunch there at one of the restaurants, it was delicious, and after that we continued our ride to the next beach.

Duli beach is not far from Nacpan beach. It is 2 km long, it has clear blue water and wide white sandy beach, many palm trees. It is a nice place for surfing as the beach has 7 months per year nice waves and it's pretty much secluded. There are some places where you can rent a surf board and crush those waves. There is a nice little restaurant nearby which served us perfect tuna sandwiches.

Another beach that we think is one of the best is Dagmay Beach. It is located in about 2 km from Duli Beach. When you enter the beach you can go to the left and find some shade, if you go further around the rocks you'll find yourself at another small beach with no people at all.

Lio Beach is a beach that located in about 30 minutes from the city. They are still building some roads there. It is a pretty cool place. There is a parking place and a restaurant on the beach. The view is stunning.

In our opinion Verde Safari is the best beach in El Nido, and not because there are many thing to do, no, vice verse, there is nothing there, no restaurants, no rentals, no people. There are many beautiful palm trees, sea, and mountains. What else do you need? The beach is quite long, we were able to drive the scooter there, as you can see in a video.
