There are a lot of delicious ways to consume cucumbers! Today we are making one of my favorite recipes: Sun Pickles.

I'm not sure how healthy they are after pickling, but they are definitely delicious.

Some delectable recipes that utilize Sun Pickles are homemade Egg Salad and Potato Salad.

This video was a fun little ditty and next we are moving on to many crops: Beets, Tomatoes, Corn, Potatoes, etc.
